Momentum ("we", "us") is an independent product built by Nicholas Bautista. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email hello@getmomentum.space.

What we collect

Account info: your email address (and name if you provide it) when you sign up.
Your content: the tasks, notes, habits, goals and brain dumps you create in the app.
Payment info: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.
Basic usage data: limited technical data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the app and sync your data across your devices.
To generate your AI plans — your brain dump is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to return a structured plan.
To process your subscription (via Lemon Squeezy) and provide support.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted providers to run Momentum: Supabase (secure database & authentication), Anthropic (AI planning), and Lemon Squeezy (payments). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data security

Your data is stored with row-level security, so only you can access your own content. We take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your associated data.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the current version.
